Ans : Yes. The certificate which you will get along with the Wallet card and the Test Score report nowhere mentions your address or your test centre's address. It makes no difference if you appear in the exam from your home country or if somebody does it for you in some other country. The certificate will be mailed to you at your home address and your address will be printed only on the envelope and nowhere on the enclosed certificates.
